Registrations for tours are due no later than September 27, 2019 at 5:00 PM Eastern!

  • Fees must be paid in U.S. dollars, with no discounts given for attending only part of the meeting.
  • Special note for other family members attending : ALL attendees MUST have a meeting badge to be admitted to any meal event regardless of age. In order to prepare seating for all attendees and enable the hotel to provide adequate food and beverage, this will be strictly enforced.

Pre-Conference Attendee

This registration will allow registrants to attend ONLY non-conference sessions being held October 26-27. You may attend the Opening Reception and any of the leisure events (which are an additional fee) on Sunday, October 27th. If you will be attending the Monday-Tuesday educational sessions and meals you must fill out the full conference registration form. Note: In order to take advantage of this registration type you must still register.

Cancellations
Cancellations of conference registrations are acceptable upon written notice. Refunds cannot be guaranteed after September 27, 2019.
