Discover the lifeblood of Florida's wildlife and drinking water with a journey through the everglades complete with alligator encounters, an airboat ride, and a certified master naturalist teaching about the delicate balance of native and invasive species and conservation efforts protecting this fragile wetland. When guests arrive to the park, they will first journey deep into nature's mysterious wilderness aboard an airboat. Professional guides are familiar with every aspect of the Florida Everglades and educate guests on its impact upon the community. Following the ride, the alligator show provides guests an informative, interactive opportunity to become familiar with the features of the American Alligators as well as a variety of other wildlife. In addition to these attractions, guests will also have access to the Jungle Trail and an on-site museum with several reptile species on exhibit.

The tour features tastings at NK at the Dream Hotel (Baja-style tacos and a pineapple tequila shot), Call Me Cuban (croquetas and café Cubano), Havana 1957 Restaurant (ropa vieja and tostones), and Rosetta Bakery (Sicilian cannoli), creating a flavorful journey that pairs South Beach culture with classic local bites.
